Alappuzha food dishes are very tastier than any other district in kerala . Because it is fresh.People from native goes to the backwater and catch the fishes.One the major rare thing that captures alappey foods is they cook infront of the customers.so they can eat the food without any second question.The major attracting food is their breakfast like puttu & kadala curry, appam & egg curry , kappa & fish curry etc....Alappey is fully covered with water so the view while dinning is outstanding.
I have visited many times in alappey to taste their updated foods.Sea foods like
prawns,squid are very delicious.They will put the items for display and we can choose the quantity and then they will cook for us.At the noon time their meals superb,there were many side dishes and that gives much more taste to the meals.I have spend 4,5 days in alappuzha for only for the purpose tasting food.At night me and my friends booked a house boat for a varity type of dinning experience.At the time boat enters the backwater lifghts were transperant in the water and that is mind blowing.And there is no chance for the food...fabulous...Tasting the food the varities of alappey is worth for money...And in my opinion you should taste the alappey foods atleast once.
